At Philicity Visuals our goal is to provide a relaxing lash experience and long‑lasting, healthy lash extensions. To ensure the best results for you and all of our clients, please review our lash extension policies before booking your appointment.

1. Appointment & Booking Policy

Booking your lash extensions is simple and secure.
All services, including classic, hybrid, and volume lash sets, are by appointment only. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking and will be applied to your final total. Please arrive on time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled to avoid overlapping with the next client.

2. Lash Refill Policy

Keep your lashes fresh and full with timely lash refills. Refills are recommended every 3-4 weeks for the best retention. At least 40% of your extensions must remain to qualify as a refill; otherwise, a new lash set will be required. We offer classic lash refills, hybrid lash refills, and volume lash refills to maintain your look.

3. Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

We value your time and ours. 24‑hour notice is required for cancellations or reschedules. No‑shows or same‑day cancellations will forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling promptly helps us serve other clients needing lash services.

4. Aftercare & Lash Health Policy

Proper aftercare extends the life of your lash extensions. Avoid oil‑based products, steam, and rubbing your eyes to prevent premature shedding. For volume and hybrid lash sets, follow the aftercare instructions given during your appointment. We prioritize healthy lash growth and may recommend a lash break if necessary

5. New Client & Consent Form Policy

Safety is our priority. All new lash clients must complete a consent form before receiving any service. Please disclose allergies or eye sensitivities to ensure a safe application process.

6. Satisfaction & Retention Policy

Your lash satisfaction matters to us!
If you experience premature lash loss within 48 hours, contact us for a complimentary fix. Lash retention depends on proper aftercare and your natural lash growth cycle.
